Custom Pool Design in South Florida
Most pool designs look good on paper and cause arguments on site. The step is missed out, the equipment pad ends up somewhere ridiculous, the deck does not meet the door. By then the crew is standing in your yard and the fix costs money.
We draw layouts that work in the ground because the people drawing them spent a decade putting pools in it. We look at your survey, your setbacks and how you actually use the yard, and we come back with something buildable that you will still like in five years.
Revisions in the preliminary phase are included. Change the shape as many times as you want. Once we seal it, a change means a resubmittal, so we would rather you get bored of looking at it first.
The Layout, and How You Live Around It
Four things get decided here, and they are the four that are expensive to change later.
- Where it sits. Setbacks, sun, the view from the house, and where the equipment pad can go without you hearing it.
- The shape and the depths. Entry steps, tanning ledge, where it gets deep and where it stops.
- How you move around it. Deck widths, where the door lands, whether two people can pass behind a lounger.
- What it connects to. Kitchen, pergola, fire feature, existing patio. Drawn together so the transitions actually work.
A Design that Cannot be Built is not a Design
The two common ways this goes wrong: a designer who has never built produces something beautiful that a crew cannot execute, or an engineer who has never designed produces something buildable that nobody wants to swim in.
We sit in the middle of that, and we would rather tell you no during the drawing phase than have you find out during the pour.
