Two ways to get a pool designed, and both have a problem

Concept designers draw beautiful things that fall apart when a crew starts digging. Legacy engineering firms produce templates that clear a permit and produce a pool nobody enjoys swimming in.

Bluewater exists because we came out of the field. Every line in our plans was put there by people who know how a crew digs, pours, and plumbs, and what a set has to say for that to go right. That is the whole business.

A sketch isn’t a plan

Most pool projects start with a concept sketch. It shows the shape and the look, and that’s all it’s meant to do. The setbacks, soil, wind load, plumbing runs, and structure get worked out later.

“Later” is where the trouble is. Every detail that isn’t decided before permit gets decided during construction, and that is where delays and change orders come from.

Our plan sets settle those details first. Signed and sealed structural, plumbing, and deck plans, calculated for your lot, so what’s on paper is what gets built.

Revisions before we seal

Change it as many times as you like in the preliminary phase. After the stamp, a change is a resubmittal, so we would rather you get it right now.

Your plans, your builder

You own the plan set. If anything changes on the build side, your project doesn’t start over. And we are not going to try to build it for you.
