The Process
From your first phone call to holding a stamped, ready-to-build plan set in your hands, here’s exactly what the journey looks like, step by step.
-
1 First Contact
It starts with an idea, a backyard you can already picture, a lot with untapped potential, or a project you need designed for a client of your own. A quick conversation about your site and your vision is all it takes to get things moving.
-
2 Proposal & Agreement
You’ll get a clear, straightforward proposal, what’s included, how long it’ll take, and what it costs. Sign off, put down your deposit, and your project officially has a spot on the calendar.
-
3 Design
This is where things get fun. Your ideas start taking real shape, layout, features, flow, as a full concept design comes together. Want to see it before anything’s final? Add a 3D rendering and watch your backyard come to life on screen before it ever exists in the ground.
-
4 Review & Adjustments
Now it’s your turn to react. Shift the layout, move a sun shelf, rethink where the spa sits, whatever it takes to get it exactly right. Changes are easy here, before the design moves downstream into engineering.
-
5 Engineering
This is where a beautiful design becomes a buildable one. Every layout is prepared to strict structural and hydraulic codes, and is sealed by a licensed Florida engineer, backed by a level of real-world construction know-how most design firms simply don’t have. The result: plans that hold up not just on paper, but in the ground.
-
6 Permit-Ready Plan Delivery
This is the payoff, a complete, stamped, permit-ready plan set, built to move cleanly through your local building department’s review. From here, you or your contractor take the lead on submitting it.
-
7 Revisions, If Needed
Building departments ask questions sometimes, it happens. If yours comes back with comments, the plans get revised and reissued fast, so you’re never stuck waiting.
-
8 Ready to Build
Plans approved, vision intact, it’s time to build.
